However, in practice, cold outreach on LinkedIn to HR or hiring managers without a warm introduction often hits a wall—messages frequently get left on "Read," ignored, or worse, perceived as pushy, leading to a block.

How do you structure that initial cold message so it actually gets opened and sparks a response, rather than coming across as just another unsolicited outreach? Would love to hear your take on navigating that boundary!

Great question, Kamran. The key is to lead with relevance, not a job request. Keep it short, personalized, and focused on starting a conversation not asking for a favor
